Salary packages in our firm are very competitive compared to Big 4
(Deloitte &
Touche, Ernst & Young, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and KPMG). All
professionals at
the same level receive the same base salary. Bonus is paid once a year
after
tax
season and is based on performance. Based salary for staffs are
$42,000 -
$46,000, for seniors are $56,000 - $64,000, for managers are $72,000 -
$95,000.
Besides our salary and bonus, we do receive 2 weeks paid vacation and
free
tickets to San Francisco Giants once in a while.
