Typically, we hold two rounds of interviews. We do visit major
universities and have our first interview there. There are usually 30 -
45 minutes long and we would try to get a sense of whether the
candidate is a good fit for the firm. Grades are important but not the
determining factor. Second interviews are held in our offices. The
candidates will have the opportunity to meet with all levels of
professionals (staff, senior, manager and partners). Questions were
never accounting related. The questions are more focused on figuring
out whether the candidate is determined to commit to the industry and
whether they have the drive to learn. It not what you know, it all
about what can learn and later do.
