TASC is a great company. Here's why:
1. When they offered me a job they respected my desire NOT to tell them
my salary needs or history. Instead, they offered me what they thought
I was worth -- a lot more than what I would have settled for. In
addition, they tossed in two sizable bonuses: sign-on and incentive.
2. TASC stood by my with a difficult client.
3. TASC provides showers & lockers for athletic staff.
4. TASC sends its new managers to some very well designed management
courses.
5. Unlike other over-reaching firms, TASC does not mouth platitudes &
euphemisms about TASC being a "team" or a "family". Instead, you see
for yourself how well TASC cares for its people.
6. Wish I were back at TASC.
