Mine was with the senior vp in charge of the group I am now in. Questions were mostly behavioral. Nothing too strenuous as far as finance or mathematics go. Interviewer mostly just wanted to get a feel for me. Knowing about discounted cash flow analysis cant hurt, nor general banking or real estate knowledge. Writing is extremely important in this position; it is definitely not for quants. If you cannot express yourself in writing, go elsewhere.
