This facility performs surveys of the area twice a year in order to make sure
our wages are competitive with other facilities in our area. We are frequently
brought up to the competition with these surveys. Our increases as a result of
these surveys can increase as much as 3-5% a year, this is in addition to yearly
performance evaluations. We are provided with paid time off based on years/hours
worked. These are pro-rated for part-time and full-time employees. This
facility offers sigh-on bonuses as well as referral bonuses. The employee may
received a referral bonus for recommending our facility to others. The amount of
the sign-on and referral bonus is related to the position applied for and may
vary from one are to another. They provide a wonderful retirement plan, as well
as insurance and options such as additional life insurance, disability, accident
and intensive care riders, cafeteria plans, computer purchase programs, and
numerous payroll deduction plans.
