Our facility is very concerned about employee satisfaction. The
employees are very active in providing input and making suggestions to
improve working conditions and working environment. We are also
encouraged to make suggestions that will save money. There are various
rewards associated with these suggestions that include gift
certificates, movie passes, and cash. This facility is very concerned
with potential on the job injuries and prevention of injuries as well
as follow-up for any injuries that occur. They provide and extensive
Back-to-Work Program that encourages employees to report job related
injuries so that adequate medical intervention may be acquired and the
employee is supported in the return-to-work effort. Hours vary with
department. They work around personal schedules whenever possible and
many departments are allowed to self-schedule. Dress code is
professional and varies with departmental needs. Opportunities for
advancement are numerous and encouraged. They provide tuition
reimbursement and well as ongoing education opportunities. Transfers
from one area to another are supported on all levels of management.
They also provide a Corporate Compliance Hotline to report concerns of
any kind. This is a confidential hotline. Concerns are followed
closely with results that maintain adequate compliance with facility
policies and procedures.
