Sr. Developer/Architect ( software ) gets up to $80K/year, with most
people
making 50-70K.
Developer - up to 70K.
Unix Administrator/DBA - up to 75K.
Low level managers can make up to 95K + bonus and directors have
individual
packages that can bring up to 130K/year + stock + bonuses.
Benefits packages, on the other hand, are very good. They include
complete
medical and dental, ESPP ( employee stock purchase plan ), life,
disability,
railroad retirement and above average vacation and holidays ( based on
years
with
the company - up to 6 weeks vacation, etc ).
