I started off as a customer service rep, working through the temp service at $14
an hour. Then when Nordson hired me officially after three months they gave me a
package of $30,000 per year. Then I was promoted to a Senior Rep and they gave
me a 10% bonus and I was making roughly $33,000. After being here five years and
being promoted to Inside Sales, I currently make a base of $39,000 with quarterly
bonuses of at least $2,700 each quarter. Total 2005 salary will be roughly
$49,000, if I receive the minimum bonus each quarter.
