The dress code is business casual. Opportunities for advancement are
not officially posted, but if you work hard enough and make the right
connections they'll promote you. The hours are very flexible, the time
off is out of this world (15 PTO days when you start and a paid week
off at the end of December) and the benefits are amazing. Corporate
culture is like any other in America. There are some folks you like,
some folks you don't like but you learn to work together. There are
not a lot of young people here though. It boads well for me (28 years
old, been here since i was 24) that all the baby boomers will retire
soon and I'll have more of an opportunity to move up. However, I would
prefer to have more people here my age to interact and work with
