The interview process was very good. The people all had great attitudes
and had been with the company for a long time. They all seemed relatively
happy and had all the right answers about accountability, training,
delivering great solutions for customers but it was all smoke and
mirrors. The people are nice but there is no organization, no goal, no
path to achieve the non-existant goals. No one listens when you offer a
suggestion which could generate revenue and deliver great solutions to
satisfied customers.
