The communication structure is non existant. They can't tell you what client
site to be at
on any given day, can't decide who should manage schedules. Project
Managers have zero technology background and generally operating in the
dark. They do not understand the current voice technologies, and
requirements to integrate. I can not see them staying in business for
long as they underestimate time for services dramatically. They also talk
a good game about education but that's all it is. They send techs on site
without any training or support.
