The corporate culture is a mix of all the previous environments (WilTel,
Williams & NextiraOne ... some very skeptical of the effectiveness of
change & some very active in the change. The diversity of the
organization is interesting in our branch because of th state of the
industry. You are now working with peole that were once competitors
which gives you more insight as to the strategy of your competition.
The hours are longer because of the needs of the business. It takes
more time to uncover quality opportunities, due to the current state of
the economy. Capital is still tight with more postential clients. In
out branch in our sales team there is no casual business attire. That
may be good for attititude, but not practical when clients have a
business casual dress code. In sales the opportuunity is always there
for achievers if you want to more into management.
