Management. Those considering employment are encouraged to speak with
and even spend time in the field with existing employees. Prospective
employees are screened for matched skill-sets and required experience.
Additionally, Nextel likes to explore how the prospective employee's
goals align with company goals. Questions are non-intrusive, and
specific to the hiring models for the position to be filled. Nextel

Once hired, all employees attend New Hire Orientation followed by New
Hire Training. A Welcome Kit is delivered to the newly hired employee's
home once an offer has been accepted and pre-hire requirements have been
met. The Welcome Kit is Nextel's way of reaching out to new employees
and helping them feel at ease with their new transition.
