Prospective employees are screened for matched skill-sets and required experience. Additionally, Nextel likes to explore how the prospective employee's goals align with company goals. Questions are non-intrusive, and specific to the hiring models for the position to be filled. Nextel will never ask discriminatory questions during an interview. Nextel is an equal opportunity employer. Once hired, all employees attend New Hire Orientation followed by New Hire Training. A Welcome Kit is delivered to the newly hired employee's home once an offer has been accepted and pre-hire requirements have been met.
