No one was really prepared or adept at interviewing. Talked a lot about "challenges" in the company. Execs confident that the company is turning the corner and really taking off, but that never happens. I remember being asked about my SAT score. The company no longer has candidates take a personality test. Above all, be HIGHLY energetic and very positive. The company likes to think they hire the best, brightest and most aggressive people.
