Corporate Culture: Very open. Its a sales position so we're competitive,
but friendly competitive. The owner is really flexible and open to
ideas. He is smart and has a great understanding of the recruiting industry.
Hours: We have flex hours here but you really need to be here between
9:30am and 4pm as part of your flex hours. No one watches the clock on
you. You come and go as you please as long as you don't abuse the
privileges.
Dress Code: Business casual. Some of us wear a tie. Fridays are jeans.
Opportunities for Advancement: No. The opportunity is that there is no
limit on making money. We work on salary with 10% commission on all
placements made. If you are lucky enough to work as the account manager
and the recruiter (i.e. placeing your own candidate), you get 25%. Its a
decent system.
Company Reputation: We are small but we were one of the fastest growing
company in NJ for 3 years strait in 2001, 02 and 03. The owner has an
entrepeneurial spirit and loves people who show the same. He wants you
to be hungry (the negative word would be greedy) for money.
