I think that when I was being interviewed I had the impression that it
was a family I was joining therefore I needed to be reliable,
consistent, experienced and trustworthy. It wasn't difficult, but I got
the feeling they wanted to get to know me. I think that my supervisor
wanted to make sure that my personality and background fit the bill. I
was asked allot of questions about my background, education and resume.
I know they went through my business references thoroughly. I look back
on it now and think that was great to investigate and ask so many
questions, because it reflects on what the company is all about. I
think I interviewed twice with my supervisor. I remember questions
like "what was you favorite job up to this point and why?" All in all
it was a great experience.
