Working for a small company takes a personality that enjoys working on
many different levels. It??s very different then working for a major
corporation where there are checks and balances, incentive programs and
consistent hours. I enjoy my job but I work for morning until I'm done.
In any given day I will order manufacturing supplies, book trade shows
set up appointments, set up new accounts and work in the manufacturing
plant. On the flip side to this I come to work and work as long or as
short as I like, I have no dress code and the pay if wonderful. I have
been exposed to so many different business operations that it allow me
to have the edge that I know I need to excel. I have been exercising my
Human Resources background, but now I'm learning customer service,
accounting/book keeping, sales, marketing and manufacturing. I've been
working for Natures Remedy for a while and have watched it grow and I
have grown with it learning how a company has to open to new
possibilities to keep successful in today??s market place. I think that
I have a great job because it fits my present and future goals. Working
for a small company is not easy it??s very demanding, working as
management one day then the next cleaning. I know that if you can work
for a small company that??s struggling to survive in the business world
then you can leave and work many jobs with great experience and
success.
