$44,500.00 salary. Goal Sharing Bonus last year was equivalent to 1/2
month
salary. Excellent 401K, Pension; Vacation is standard (currently 13 days
per
year) but the paid short term disablitiy is more than I have every seen
(3 weeks
full pay, 12 weeks 80% pay). Long term disability is available at a cost
with
benefit package. Medical, Dental, Life, Long Term Care, etc are offered
at
reduced rates.
Raises are effective April 1, 2004 so last increase was April 2003.
Although I switched to the alternative work schedule in August 2002, I
still
received a substantial increase in salary based on performance.
