my expectations almost as soon as I started and continue to impress me
as my years here increase. I work in the trial division and the work
environment is professional and comfortable. Dress is business casual.
Hours are perfect as I work an alternative work schedule designed to
meet my personal needs. Nationwide encourages diversity and supports
community projects all over the US for minorities. (Nationwide has
sponsored the NAACP Image Awards for years). We are encouraged to get
out and support our community and to encourage and support our
endeavors, Nationwide awards grants to community groups in the name of
its employees. There is a dedicated intra office webpage dedicated to
resume writing, and an intra office unit to assist us in career
development. Tuition assistance is available at all levels (under grad,
grad, professional license, law, etc).
