We practice a 5 day work week. and our dress code is formal office wear from Mon to Thurs, and FRI's are casual (but no jeans). Singapore being a multi-cultural society we have great cultural diversity and our staff are toleratnt and sensitive of the different cultaral backgrounds of each other. In fact we take great pride in celebrating the different cultural fectivities with our colelagues. In my personal opinion, career advancement and staff training are areas that can be open to further development and evaluation.
