First interview was with a recruitment consultant to ascertain what
level of experience etc I possessed before putting me forward for the
role.
Initial internal interview was held with a future team member (team of
2) plus the UK HR director.
Second round was with EMEA HR Director for the business unit.
Final stage interview was with the Business unit leader - Area Director
for UK & Ireland.
All interviews bot internal and externa;l investigated my experience and
knowldege along with the cultural fit aspect whiuch is always very
important.
