I forsee this group disappearing in the next 5 years. They have decided to outsource a majority of the engineeering which may speed up my projected timetable. The company was a great one in the year 2000 and is completely lackluster. The employee morale is non-existent due to huge layoffs and a fluid upper management system. Departmental functions change every 1.5 or less years so building a long-term career is difficult to say the least.
