The company has good products, which is our strength. Weaknesses:
customer service, morale, vision. The company limps along, but doesn't
seem to grow, ever. We keep cutting costs by cutting people, but they
keep cutting the lower levels and keeping the upper ones. Many
divisions have Director level employees with no supervisory function.
Or divisions that have a dozen director and managers, but only one or
two people under that. So the worker bees keep working harder, with no
end in sight. At this point, most people are almost hoping for a
layoff, so they will be forced to find a better job.
