The interview process will consist of at least two individuals, the
reginal manager of the district the theater you are appling for and the
General manager of the theater itself. The process will involve a
series of very detail oreinted questions asked with no order by either
individual regarding opinions of operations situations. They like to
mix it up asking about judgement preferences and then what salary you
wish followed by your references. alot of the interview involves them
looking at you and silently watching you. It is very much a tag team
experience.
