The overall environment is perfect for any self functioning individuale
who likes to make the rules and supervise any given situation. There
are endless surprises and constant customer complaints. The stress is
high the hours are long and very very late ranging on average from 6pm
to 3am at the earliest. The perks are self spoken, free movies,
posters, and the opertunity to veiw a film first before any one else.
But if there is one thing to consider if you are going for this
position. You are the underdog, if hired you are the new guy and will
work the worst imaginable shifts long and hard hours rewarded with
complaints and difficult goals. The bonuses they are have a 1 in five
shot, and corprate mentality if to win the never ending profit above
all else.
