Salary around $110k, bonus about 10%, with about 1-2k shares in
options / year
(Last 4 years worth are all underwater at this point). Currently at 3
weeks of
vacation, but in 2004 the vacation policy is changing, and I'll be
getting 5
weeks. I think new employees will start with 3 weeks once the change
takes
effect, going to 5 weeks with 8+ years of service, I don't know the jump
to 4
weeks. There is a company funded retirement plan, unlimited education
reimbursement with managers approval, and excellent health benefits. The
company
provides gym facilities, or pays you to join your own.
