Interviewing is a different story. If you have previously interned at
Motorola you will save yourself a whole heep of trouble. Interns get
hired easy, and surf the internet all day long. They are usually
brought straight into full time without any interview. However for
those comming from the outside, or the inside(different department)
BEWARE. Interview is all day long, even during lunch. You will talk to
8 people each one for 30 mins or more. 1 of these interviews will be
the technical one which quantifies as 95% of the interview. Everything
that is on your resume will be challenged. If you list previous classes
be prepared to defend your knowlege in it. Study everything, and be
sure to be able to give them something extra to set you above everybody
else.
