Milliken is a great company to work for if you are about to graduate
from college with an undergrad or MBA. They hire even when the economy
is not doing well.
Milliken is the strongest textile manufacturing company in the U.S.
They are very stable and are growing at a significant rate. The
company has zero debt and invests a significant amount of money into R
& D of new products.
The employee morale could be better. Employees that I spoke with while
interning complained of the lack of benefits and location of the
company.
