Second with Hiring Manager (whom I now report to). Third round is an all-day event on campus. First interview is always with HR, then they send you off to the building where your prospective team is. I had 6 hour-long interviews (yeah I know, deadly) - but thats not always the case. Can be as few as 3, depending on the group and the position you're applying for. Last interview of the day is with the Hiring Manager again. In my case, they called me back after two days for an interview with the GM of the department. Hiring Manager let me knew of the decision right after that interview.
