Out of that 11 I only interviewed with the hiring manager ONCE. Interviewed with the hiring manager, peer of the hiring manager, multiple HR people, multiple Directors, multiple Senior Directors AND A VP. Beyond ridiculous. From the time of the first interview to the time of the offer they took 6 MONTHS! Same stupid questions over and over. Had a background check, urine test, credit check, blah, blah. Do the words bloated bureacracy mean anything? They are incapable of making any decisions quickly. No wonder they are in trouble.
