AON Consulting handles their hiring process.
First interview: a phone interview with AON Consulting. Frankly, I
found the interviewer from AON a bit rude and offputting. The interview
was easy to prepare for, though - all behavioral style questions asking
me to give an example of how I'd handled different work situations in
the past.
Second interview: I was called to a local hotel where they were holding
second interviews. We were in a small holding room initially, where we
were served coffee and snacks. AON Consulting had us fill out some
additional paperwork, and then we went upstairs to have two interviews
with different hiring managers from Merck. Both interviews were nearly
identical, I think they were a chance for two different people at Merck
to size the candidate up. Each interview involved them asking me to
talk about my work history, tell them why I thought I'd be good at the
job, and then two pages of "behavioral" interview questions. Again, I
was to give examples of how I'd handled different work situations in
the past.
