Underpaid, overworked and under appreciated. Lanier pays well below
average and the insurance benefits are very costly. Most of the people
working have a part-time job to supplement their income or are living
from paycheck to paycheck. Medquist likes to brag how much cash is in
their bank account but never uses it to provide better benefits to the
employees. Benefits like STD is only offered to upper level
management. Since upper level management get better benefits, many of
the other employees feel underappreciated and are seeking employment
elsewhere.
