Current compensation includes salary (relatively competitive), health
and dental
insurance (competitive) and 401k (not competitive). Vacation is also
provided
with 1 week after six months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5
years and 4
weeks after 10 years. When I joined the company, bonuses were available
for all
employees. Those have been discontinued and only Director and above
qualify for
bonuses now. We also had a stock option program, but that was
discontinued as
part of our bankruptcy in 2002. New options have been offered to some
employees,
but the strike price makes them worthless.
