I was interviewed as an APD (advanced professional degree- M.D.) off-
cycle. I had two interview rounds, the first round with one partner,
one associate principle, and one associate, the second round with one
partner and one director.
Interviews were case-based. The first case was based on credit card
financials - discussing whether a credit card company should get rid of
its annual fee for users. Another case looked at market sizing for a
cystic fibrosis drug. Another looked at the value chain for a
furniture company.
