We spoke two or three times over the phone and scheduled an interview with the person who would be my manager in the Boulder office. After the initial interview we scheduled a follow-up interview, at which I was offered the position. I notified my manager a few days later that I would accept. My interview was very low-key, and more of a getting-to-know-you type of meeting, rather than a standard interview.
