We only recently have competition and the business is struggling to adjust to having competition. Our competition is moving to a web-delivered product, and as a result, so are we. I think the company has chosen to be more reactionary when it comes to competition. However, we are currently conducting surveys to get a better feel for our clients' needs, and views of us a business. We recently had a complete structural reorganization and as a result have less communication between groups. I hear many people complaining about their workload increasing, and the overall outlook isn't great. I believe negativity breeds negativity, and this office could really use some help.
