My salary was 100% draw against commission. The commission payout was
between 35% and 48%. I was able to increase my income significantly
from year to year tht I worked there. At that time there was
opportunity for additional bonus on top of commission. Now I
understand
there is a salary + bonus arrangement vs. commission type structure.
Vacation time is a joke. You get two weeks but they don't make it
pleasant when you ask for time off. Insurance is company paid except
for the usual deductibles. There is a profit sharing plan but no 401k
and other niceties like direct deposit.
