Initial phone contact from an executive recruiter to investigate my
interest in
the position.
Arrangement for an interview with Human Resources Director and face to
face
interview with the Sr. Vice President/Group Director on the account.
Most
questions focused on the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the
agency
with the position. Second interview with the Senior Media Director on the
account. This focus was on the dotted line relationship of the account
and
expectations to learn the media planning side of the business.
Third interview with the client to establish working relationship and
fit within
the organization.
With over 10 years experience in entertainment, most of the questions
were
focused on my ability to pick up the advertising agency procedures more
than my
ability to actually understand the client's business.
