I work on a commission basis only from my own personal sales. After I start
recruiting, I will receive 4% of my recruit's monthly wholesale orders. If I
have 5 recruits I get 9% of the monthly wholesale orders, but if all 5 of them
order within the same month I get 13% of their monthly wholesale orders. Once
becoming a sales director(having 30 recruits), I get 13% of their monthly
wholesale orders. These commission checks are paid to me from the Mary Kay
corporate offices. There are also chances to win prizes such as jewelry, trips,
and other gift items. Then there is the famous prize everyone knows Mary Kay
for: the cars. I have the chance to win a Red Grand Am(changing to the Vibe), a
platinum Grand Prix, or the pearlized Pink Cadillac! There are lots of rewards
for your accomplishments in Mary Kay!
