I enjoy working for myself. I have lots of free time to spend on
schoolwork, with family, friends, and to persuit another part-time
job. It is the best company I have ever worked for and I plan to stay
a consultant until I retire. No one is trying to tear me down to get
ahead but rather help me up so that I can get my business to be as
successful as their's. There are women from around the United States
to help me out whenever I need help. I work as many or as little hours
as I want to, the only requirement is to honor Mary Kay Ash's wishes,
is that we dress in a skirt or dress when conducting all functions of
our business. The opportunity to advance is something I'm working on
now. You can advance whenever you'd like, or not at all. It only
takes 1 person to sign up to be a consultant under you, and then once
you get 30, you become a sales director and then just keep moving and
moving. Just about for each consultant you have under you, you move up
in leadership. Everyone is supportive and I would encourage every
woman to start their own Mary Kay business. I love what I do!
