Marsh has developed into a conservative corporate giant concerned more
with cost cutting and hitting its numbers than taking care of its
employees. Prior to the "Invasion of Spitzer" Marsh employees worked
hard and had fun. The dress code is business attire and the hours are
roughly 8-6. Unfortunately, the career development occurs mostly when
a superior leaves the firm. Leadership at Marsh is on the decline and
as a result many talented employees are leaving the firm. Best to
speak with a current employee who is not involved in the hiring process
before joining the firm.
