The company places a cap on their bonuses. For example, I have received the highest bonus check and sales percentage to goal for the past two quarters. Now, being over 300% of my overall goal in Telecom I would have received a commission check in the double digits...this is NOT the case w/ Marriott. I received a low single digit BONUS check that had been capped.
