One of the first things I observed is a vast inconsistency among
management's goals and their ability to impliment anything. Very
little is done to reprimand employees who do not do well. Anyone could
work at the place, very poor standards in housekeeping and food and
beverage. I believe that employees should be reprimanded and sent home
for smoking tobacco on the clock, yet nothing is done for this utter
lack of professionalism in the hospitality industry. Managers are
often times forgetfull about updating payroll in an effective manner.
