I work from my home, which I consider a big plus. The corporate culture is very laid back and easy going. The only drawback was they were a regional player and didn't understand the costs and hard work taking a regional company to a ntional one. The company is fairly diverse, the work force is a little older than some of the other companies I work for. If you're at the office, the attire is business casual, the work day is usually 8:30 - 4:30. Overtime only when in crunch mode. Opportunities for advancement are there - if you want to move to Minneapolis where the company is headquartered.
