Working for Marcus Theathers is a real educational experience. Not only
have a learned alot about the work force, i've also learned about people
and how to interact with various backgrounds. The particular location i
work for is known to be urban, so a strong patience is needed, and the
ability to deal with potential problems. The dress code is very very
uncomfortable for the enviroment i work in. We are required to wear a
tuxedo-like uniform, which generates alot of heat. Advancement
opportunities are very likely, there are assistant managers that are
young as 18 years old, which is very good.
