I was interviewd one day and then given the opportunity to sit with the
employees and observe their work as well as ask questions. I saw two
people in the interviewing process, Human resources and Director of
Acute Care services.
Most of the interview questions were about treatment of the mentally ill
and how I would feel triaging patients over the phone versus seing a
patient in person. In behavioral health alot of your assessment has to
do with observing patient's behavior so this was a new twist and
required keen skills to be able to get a good picture of a paerson in
mental crisis
