Various states have filed suit against MCI for failure to pay billions
of back taxes. MCI is currently on probation with the Government
Services Administration. As a GSA/DOD (Department of Defense
Contractor) MCI is bound to abide by Equal Employment Opportunity
Employment (EEOC) laws or they will not be able to bid on any
government contracts. The board of directors needs to open up their
eyes as to what is going on in the lower ranks. It doesn't matter how
much money you make if you have to turn around and pay multi billion
dollar fines and then restitution to the victims of the malicious
hostile environment. MCI is required to report downtime to the FCC.
Falsifying downtime reports to the FCC is automatic turn the lights
out.
