The salary packages are NOT good. Grant it, $42,000 a year in DE isn't
THAT
shabby, but, well, you know. I found that when I was a non-exempt
employee and
had the opportunity to make "incentive" and "over-time" and
receive "bonuses"
from company run contests, I made MORE than when I was "rewarded" for my
efforts
and made a PBO (exempt position). I found that some of the people I
managed
were
making MORE than me now and I was working my *bleep* off. Not very
encouraging.
I say, unless you are really trying to advance in your career, remain a
credit
analyst or customer assistance representative and work hard AND collect
all the
perks.
