Recruited through On-campus interview at an Ivy League University.
First round generally based on fit and character assessment to see
which field would be appropriate for the candidate. After identifying
certain candidates that seem to be a good fit for a particular
department, then a Second round interview with 2-3 people at the
headquarters. Questions try to gauge your understanding of that
particular field/department and further assessment of character (ie.
dedication, teamwork, etc.) Depending on the candidate, some may go on
for additional rounds but mostly second round is the max. Received
offer after 2nd round.
