We continue to see directory listings within the company where managers have 1-3 people, D levels have 30 people or NO people. Top heavy is an under-statement! There seems to be no balancing other than letting the workers let go. It doesn';t seem to matter to Wall Street how weel or how bad Lucent does, the stock continues to suffer.
